You Work In Hollywood, Why Los Feliz?
Los Feliz is a low key hamlet with a small town feel that just so happens to be enclosed within the city limits of the second largest city in the US. There are no skyscrapers here. Just tree-lined streets, excellent walkable restaurants and a fabulous local boutique scene.
Nestled into the hillside just below Griffith Park, there is easy access to plenty of nature, which is somewhat uncommon if you live in an apartment in other parts of Los Angeles or the San Fernando Valley.
Then there is the close proximity to Hollywood. You don’t have to take my word for it. Just ask Leonardo DiCaprio, Eva Mendes, Megan Fox, Steven Soderbergh, Brad Pitt, Casey Affleck, Kristen Bell, Joe Jonas or James Cameron. They are among scores of celebrities in the music and motion picture business that reside in Los Feliz. Seems like a great place to live if you are “in the business.”
