About Trish Coren
Trish moved to Los Angeles from Colorado in 2003 at 18 yrs old to explore a career in acting and retains a substantial network of connections in the entertainment business. Trish currently resides in North Hollywood.
She started in the real estate business as executive assistant to Jon in 2008 and has been adding to her skills as a realtor ever since.
Trish specializes in real estate in North Hollywood, Valley Village, Mount Washington, Los Feliz and Glendale and is particularly enthusiastic about the diverse and interesting historic architecture found in the homes in these neighborhoods.
She loves hiking with her husband and senior poodle mix named Elway. As a girl from Colorado, that should be a great hint about her other favorite pass time - Trish is an avid football and hockey fan and might have an affinity for the teams from her home state.

Trish has been working in the local real estate industry for over13 years. She began as an executive assistant to Jon in 2008.
She goes above and beyond for her clients, often taking on tasks that are outside of the normal Realtor duties. She cares very much about the client experience from start to finish. Her goal is always to build long term relationships. She prides herself on her ability to communicate effectively with her clients, other agents and vendors, and anyone else who may be involved in the process.
Trish has a passion for San Fernando Valley residential architecture style and sensibilities and is particularly expert with historic homes and old LA styles of architecture.
She focuses her personal efforts as a realtor on buying and selling real estate on behalf of clients in North Hollywood, Valley Village, Mount Washington, Los Feliz and Glendale.
Trish is happily married to a TV/Film writer and together they enjoy interacting with the community of people that work in the entertainment business. She enjoys hiking with her husband and senior poodle-mix Elway, constantly exploring the culinary landscape in her neighborhood and watching sports (football and hockey being her faves) as often as she can.
