About Marcia Starr
Marcia is a quintessential Valley and LA girl, born and raised in the neighborhood near Dodger Stadium (Go Dodgers!) and eventually making her way to the San Fernando Valley at a young age.
Currently residing in Sherman Oaks, Marcia has in-depth knowledge of each Valley neighborhood and surrounding areas. Marcia thrives on delivering an exceptional level of service with an unwavering commitment of trust and transparency to all her clients, and is readily available to guide clients through the transaction process.
Marcia is a proud wife and mother of two active boys, Myles and Maxwell. She’s also a member of the Saint Francis de Sales Church where her youngest son attends school and an active parent at Notre Dame High School where her older son attends. Marcia and her husband also enjoy playing golf and tennis at Braemar Country Club in Tarzana where they’ve been members for several years.

Prior to practicing real estate, Marcia worked in marketing at NBCUniversal focusing on all prime time launches for the network. While working at NBCU, Marcia developed a passion for real estate when she began investing in her own portfolio of multiple income properties.
Her thriving real estate knowledge and expanding portfolio led her to the top team at Rodeo Realty.
She focuses his personal efforts as a realtor on buying and selling real estate on behalf of clients in Fashion Square, Sherman Village, Sherman Oaks, Library Square, Longridge Estates and South of the Blvd.
When she’s not working on real estate transactions you can find her at her sons’ soccer, baseball, basketball, or football games.
